Terms, payments, changes and cancellations

How do we confirm a booking?

To confirm, 50% of the boat rental value is required.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining 50% (boat rental + any hired extras such as catering, bar, animation, etc.) must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event.

What happens if the remaining payment isn’t made by 72 hours before?

The booking will be cancelled and any amount already paid will not be refunded.

Can I change the number of guests after booking?

Yes, within limits:
● for bar-only reservations: guest numbers can be adjusted up to 48 hours before the event
● for catering/bar services: guest numbers can be adjusted up to 72 hours before the event

What if fewer guests show up than the number booked?

If the number of people on board is lower than the number billed, there is no refund.

What is the policy for date changes or cancellations?

Amounts already paid/billed are not refunded. In case of a date change or cancellation, the paid amount can be used at another time (subject to availability) and will follow the applicable price list for the chosen date.

If we plan to stop for swimming, is anything required?

Yes. A lifeguard service is mandatory whenever the customer intends to stop for swimming.
