How do we confirm a booking?
To confirm, 50% of the boat rental value is required.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% (boat rental + any hired extras such as catering, bar, animation, etc.) must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event.
What should I wear and bring?
For a comfortable and safe experience on the river, we recommend wearing flat, non-slip shoes and bringing a light jacket, even on warmer days, as the breeze on the Tagus may feel cooler. Avoid high-heels (in general our guests like to be around barefoot).
Can I change or cancel my booking if my plans change?
For terms and conditions, please refer to the FAQ section of your preferred vessel. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What happens if the weather is bad or the tour is cancelled?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe for a catamaran cruise on the Tagus River, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a full refund or reschedule for another date.
