Can we bring our own drinks and food?

Yes, option to bring your own consumables (drinks and/or food), with an additional service fee of 15 € per person.

How do bookings and payments work?

● To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required.
● A written pre-reservation can be held for 48 hours until the deposit is paid, and the remaining balance must be finalised at least 8 business days before the event date, together with the final program (number of passengers, menus, extras, schedules).
● Any cancellation or change in the number of participants after this period does not entitle the client to a refund of the corresponding amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

● 45+ working days before departure: 70% refund of the total amount.
● 15–45 working days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
● Less than 15 days before departure: non-refundable.
● Date changes will be allowed whenever possible.
● In the event of cancellation, after rescheduling, there will be no refund.

What happens if sailing isn’t possible (safety/weather/technical)?

If the trip cannot run due to safety, weather, or technical issues, the booking can be rescheduled or refunded (no additional compensation). Date changes are allowed whenever possible.
